Join Express Recruitment, a leading agency with over 30 years of experience, and take ownership of our expanding Engineering division. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will drive your desk to success by developing business, chasing leads, talent finding, interviewing, and skills matching.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend new business meetings to establish relationships with clients and candidates
  2. Manage the negotiation of job offers and recruitment fees to ensure successful placements
  3. Expand our presence in the Engineering sector by building relationships with job seekers and businesses
  4. Record new vacancies accurately and in line with Employment Agencies legislation

Requirements:

  • Stable work history with considerable office-based work experience
  • Previous employment experience within the technical sector, including building merchants, trade counters, tool hire, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing
  • Genuine desire to work hard to achieve great results, occasionally requiring longer working hours
  • Money motivated and hungry for success with a desire to build the business and personal brand
  • GCSE grades B or higher in Maths and English are essential
