Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Rotork. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing relationships with suppliers, customers, and agencies to coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound goods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all administration tasks for shipment of finished goods on delivered incoterms
  • Manage all administration tasks for the receipt of raw materials and products, including booking transport and preparing paperwork for all suppliers on non-delivered incoterms
  • Manage the accuracy and efficiency of Warehouse processes, including the execution of Making Material Flow and stocktaking policies and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and control
  • Manage the daily manifests to schedule work for receipt into and out of the warehouse
  • Supply Chain Metrics, including Gross and agreed inventory accuracy metrics
  • Responsible for managing warehouse external storage and premium freight costs
  • Lead problem resolution, root cause countermeasure, and action plans to minimize disruption to the customer and OTD metric

**Requirements:**

  • Appropriate workplace experience in a shipping department within a manufacturing, export, import, or logistics environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
