About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sport Operations Manager to join our dynamic team based in the UK. As part of our mission to promote and sustain engagement in sporting activities, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and enhancement of our sports programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with our objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including athletes, coaches, partners, and community leaders, to drive participation and achieve outstanding results.
  • Lead by example and promote diversity within sport.
  • Manage teams and projects to deliver results on time, within budget, and above expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sports management (football) working within a Tour Operator and organizing group tours.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management software.
