Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts.
  • Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Post financial data to accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier stats and ensure accounting records for clients are up-to-date.
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Managers and office team.
Requirements:
  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage Account 50+.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service in an office-based environment.
