Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Relations Specialist to join our team at Zoho Corporation B.V. in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, UK. As an Analyst Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our growing awareness in Europe by driving a strategic AR programme that aligns with Zoho's business goals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the European AR Lead: Collaborate with the European AR Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive AR strategy that supports Zoho's business objectives in Europe.
  • Monitor and Research AR Firms: Conduct thorough research on AR firms across Europe to identify key players and maintain relationships with industry analysts.
  • Gather Commercial Information: Gather information on commercial aspects offered by AR firms to enable Zoho stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Develop Content: Assist in developing content for the AR programme, including RFIs, by liaising with product teams, marketing teams, and other AR team members.
  • Monitor AR Firm Output: Monitor the output of AR firms to share valuable insights with the European team and ensure all relevant opportunities are targeted.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of AR Experience: Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Analyst Relations or a related field, preferably with a technology or software company.
  • Keen Interest in Technology and Innovation: Demonstrate a keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform businesses.
  • Understanding of AR Impact: Possess an understanding of Analyst Relations and its potential impact on an organization.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Personal Relationships: Be able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues and other stakeholders important to Zoho.
  • Self-Motivated and Remote Management: Be a self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely to achieve goals.
  • Native Fluency in English: Possess native fluency in English.
  • Willingness to Learn: Demonstrate a willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel to our international headquarters in Chennai, India or to European offices to learn more about Zoho and engage with various teams.
