Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare engineering calculations for property insurance assessments, addressing a range of incidents including subsidence, fire, impact, flooding, and storm-related damages.
  • Perform site inspections for both residential and commercial construction initiatives.
  • Engage in small to medium-scale design assignments.
  • Facilitate business growth to achieve monthly performance objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to the Associate Director.
  • Conceive and implement innovative strategies to advance the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-graduate design experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in IT applications is necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction materials and structures, including steel, masonry, concrete, and timber.
  • Membership in recognized engineering associations is advantageous.
