- Perform administrative tasks, such as record keeping, budget management, colleague training, and performance reviews.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and professionalism among colleagues.
- Take on the role of cook as required, preparing all food and drinks to standard.
- Demonstrate understanding of food safety and hygiene practices and evidence of appropriate qualification.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards, quality, and cleanliness.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor the kitchen team.
