Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Team (ICT) in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes and residential settings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs for patients to promote safe discharge and optimal recovery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy records and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy Degree and registration with the Health Professions Council.
  • Experience as a Band 5 Physiotherapist in acute adult in-patients and elderly care settings.
  • Basic understanding of current NHS issues, professional standards, CPD, and clinical governance.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively and empathetically.
  • Hold a full, valid UK driving license and have access to a car for business purposes.
