About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Science Engineer to join our team at Persistent Systems. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data science and machine learning solutions using Microsoft's Azure platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement data science and machine learning solutions using Azure services such as Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure DevOps.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions with other Azure services and applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to develop and deploy data pipelines and machine learning models.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using Azure DevOps tools and practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the team's coding standards and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong experience with Azure services, including Azure Container Apps, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
  • Experience with data engineering and data science tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and TensorFlow.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
