Job Title: Appearance Standards Checker- STN

We are currently recruiting for an Appearance Standards Checker to be based at Stansted Airport in our Hangar Facilities.

Ryanair is officially the Number 1 International Airline and operates more than 2000 flights per day from 87 Bases across Europe and North Africa with 1800+ Low Fare Routes across 33 countries, connecting 205 destinations.

Ryanair currently operates a fleet of 450 Boeing Aircraft with deliveries of an additional 50 brand new Aircraft in 2018 alone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all aircraft cleaning and Cabin standards on all Ryanair bases
  • Issue reports on substandards found during Checks
  • Liaise with Internal Departments to ensure follow up on raised issues
  • Monitor of all aircraft cabin maintenance standards throughout the Ryanair fleets
  • Propose changes to departmental documentation (i.e. procedures, manuals)
  • Monitor Cabin Defects and liaise with maintenance contractor/s as well as other internal supporting departments to rectify in a timely manner
  • Ensure all agreed Service Levels are adhered to by all service providers
  • Validate invoices for contracted cleaning services prior to approval
  • Daily communications with third party contractors and internal departments
  • Appearance/ Engineering projects as specified by the Aircraft Appearance Manager
  • All other duties deemed necessary by the Aircraft Appearance Manager

Travel is a permanent expectation, in order to fulfil the above responsibilities. The desired applicant will be a keen traveller.

All applicants must have unrestricted right to work and travel in the UK and in Europe
