We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Postal Driver to join our team at Pertemps. As a Postal Driver, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers in the Amersham area.
Key Responsibilities- Sort mail and parcels at the local delivery office
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers on foot or by van
- Use a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures
- Follow a predetermined route to ensure efficient delivery
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, self-motivated, and able to work independently. You will have a strong sense of community and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, with no more than six penalty points.
Working HoursThe role will involve working Monday to Saturday, 8am-4pm. You will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions, so a strong commitment to delivering parcels come rain or shine is essential.
