Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Salary: £40,000
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our European Plant, you will be responsible for carrying out essential electrical maintenance and repairs in a high-volume, Injection Moulding manufacturing department.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to machine breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to Injection Moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, focusing on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory.
- Fully qualified Electrician with a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Desirable experience in manufacturing/Injection Moulding processes.
- Previous experience with AC and DC motor controls, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a proactive attitude.
