Role Summary
As a Sourcing Manager within our Group Sourcing and Supplier Management division, you will play a crucial role in executing our strategic vision. Collaborating closely with business partners and our supplier network, you will help drive efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the Customer Sourcing category team for Insurance, Pensions & Investments, and Motor, working alongside skilled sourcing professionals to enhance the category's vision and objectives. Collaborate with colleagues in Insurance, Pensions & Investments to deliver effective sourcing strategies that align with their commercial objectives. Cultivate and maintain essential relationships with key stakeholders, encouraging innovative thinking to enhance commercial value. Stay informed about the fund management services category, managing critical supplier relationships to gain insights into new product developments that support our transformation goals.Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in sourcing, with experience in contract negotiation and procurement category management, preferably in consumer products. Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing projects in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills to effectively translate strategic objectives into actionable sourcing strategies. Track record of building relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner. A positive, adaptable attitude with a history of success in dynamic settings.Working Environment
