About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visual merchandising and store display solutions that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across our retail stores, ensuring a consistent and compelling customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our retail team to develop and execute store display plans that meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain store fixtures, displays, and visual elements to ensure they are always looking their best.
  • Work closely with our merchandising team to ensure that our store displays are aligned with our brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor and improve visual merchandising standards, and provide feedback to the retail team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
