Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ESP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing full sales cycles from lead to meeting to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target Defence and MOD customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling to Defence customers
  • Ability to be security cleared
  • Strong track record of closing full sales cycle deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
