Job Description

Job Title: Mobile Powered Access Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Equipment Rental and Sales

Location: Bedford, UK (with travel to London and central England)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and examining powered access equipment, as well as performing LOLER examinations and small repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service powered access equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Perform LOLER examinations and small repairs as required
  • Travel to various locations in London and central England to service and maintain equipment
  • Keep accurate records of service and maintenance activities
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workshop and on site
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with other team members

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the access, crane, forklift, or motor industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
  • IPAF CAP training or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
  • UK driving license (essential)
  • Ability to travel for the role
