We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily site activities on a significant New Equipment Installation initiative, collaborating closely with a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the three fundamental principles of Safety, Integrity, and Financial Oversight at all times.
- Ensure that Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) are established, coordinate tools and logistics, and perform necessary safety checks, inspections, and briefings.
- Facilitate the timely flow of materials to ensure project delivery.
- Manage the off-hire of tools at appropriate intervals and plan for commissioning and interfaces.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office applications.
- Exhibit strong planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Recognize the significance of providing exceptional customer service.
