Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring outstanding customer service while supervising the Service Assistants across all outlets
  • Leading your team effectively and setting a positive example
  • Conducting stock assessments and assisting with inventory deliveries
  • Supporting the General Manager with various tasks to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Performing general catering assistant duties
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the outlet
  • Preparing beverages and serving food
  • Handling cash transactions and managing till operations
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Engaging in light food preparation
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Delivering food and beverages to customers and clearing tables
  • Conducting on-the-spot cleaning as necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in catering is preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • A strong team player
  • Dependable and efficient
