Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced C# and WPF developer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development using C# and.NET Core, with experience in WPF and UI design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications using C# and.NET Core
  • Develop user interfaces using WPF and MVVM design patterns
  • Integrate with RESTful web services and implement generic design patterns
  • Work in a SCRUM environment with regular builds, unit tests, and integration testing
  • Contribute to code quality control and review processes

Requirements:

  • Experience with C# and.NET Core 2.1+ and.NET Framework 4.6+
  • WPF and user interface design experience
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2022 and GIT version control
  • Unit testing and integration testing experience
  • Familiarity with UML and common modelling/design approaches

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with MEF and Entity Framework
  • Knowledge of Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control
