About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a Cleaning Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout the building, managing cleaning equipment and chemicals, and supporting the larger facilities team in its duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure designated cleaning areas are maintained at a high level of cleanliness
  • Operate hand-held cleaning equipment and appliances
  • Support the facilities team in litter picking, weeding, and gritting/salting outdoor areas
  • Manage spillages and COSHH regulations within the building
About You

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. Previous experience working with cleaning services and a familiarity with infection control and COSHH procedures are essential. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate safe manual handling techniques and work with colleagues and people we support where applicable.
