Trooli is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company pays its creditors and vendors on time.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and post invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate coding and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to internal and external queries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and principles.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage, is highly desirable.
- GCSE Level in Maths, English, and IT (Grade 4-9).
- Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or equivalent is desirable.
