As a Structural Engineer at Stantec, you will be part of a vibrant and established team of building engineers who are dedicated to providing engineering support from project feasibility to delivery. Your projects will span a variety of building types and materials, requiring challenging engineering problem-solving and creative thinking to deliver solutions on projects.

Our projects often involve multi-disciplinary teams, working on refurbishment of listed/historic buildings, new build educational, leisure, and commercial buildings, as well as exciting large-scale modern urban regenerations and developments.

You will work closely with your multi-disciplinary colleagues within Stantec to provide high-quality coordinated engineering design solutions to our clients. As a Structural Engineer, you will also have the opportunity to provide mentorship to junior staff and aid in their career development, while continuing to focus on your own professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant degree qualification in Civil or Structural engineering and be Chartered with the IStructE or ICE. You will also have a proven track record in structural building engineering design, experience in the delegation and management of junior engineers and CAD resources.
