Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Type: Part-time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Holdich Recruitment. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating appraisals and training programs to ensure employee development and growth.
  • Managing employee onboarding and maintaining accurate records.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Recruiting and selecting top talent to join our client's team.

Requirements:
