We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Holdich Recruitment. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating appraisals and training programs to ensure employee development and growth.
- Managing employee onboarding and maintaining accurate records.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Recruiting and selecting top talent to join our client's team.
- Handling grievances and performance issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Providing HR support and guidance to employees and management.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a professional services company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time, approximately 3 days per week.
