Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to advisers, ensuring that customer service remains exemplary and that all regulatory standards are upheld.
2. Gather current fund values for various investments and generate detailed reports to meet customer expectations, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction.
3. Aid in the preparation of valuations and quotes for pensions, life insurance, and investment products, adhering to established company protocols to meet deadlines and regulatory obligations.
4. Contribute to the organization’s efficiency by proposing and implementing improved procedures and optimizing resource utilization.
5. Oversee the distribution of clients' letters of authority, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely acquisition of necessary information.
6. Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and preparing correspondence, to maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications, demonstrating a high level of IT literacy.
- Solid understanding of the pensions and investment landscape.
- Possession of a CII Level 3 Certificate or Level 4 Diploma is advantageous but not mandatory.
