Senior Procurement Consultant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global consultancy firm as a Senior Procurement Consultant. The role is based in Bristol and involves working within a specialist Procurement department to deliver strategic procurement and contract advice.

The successful candidate will have a strong background across the procurement lifecycle, including strategy development and tender preparation. Experience in Defence, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.

As a Senior Procurement Consultant, you will be responsible for providing specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients. You will also manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage and lead procurement teams to deliver end-to-end procurement services
  • Support the development of procurement services and processes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement needs and develop tailored solutions
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in strategic procurement and contract advice
  • Strong background in procurement lifecycle, including strategy development and tender preparation
  • Experience working in Defence, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors
  • Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies to meet client needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
