About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented Chef to join our team at Lounge Stafford. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and meet customer demands.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and staff well-being.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • A driven, relentless attitude with a positive 'can-do' approach.
  • Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Self-motivation to work at pace with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
