Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Limited. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing leadership to care staff within our service, ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.

• Supervise the care delivery within the service to ensure that it meets the needs of our service users.
• Maintain skills at a current level and undertake training and development when required to ensure that you are equipped to provide the best possible care.
• Ensure that service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences are respected and enhanced.
• Supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service.
• Organize and coordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices.
• Develop and maintain annual leave requests and duty rotas to meet the needs of the service users.
• Dispense medication following the service's policies and procedures.
• Manage travel delays and staff shortages to minimize their impact on the service.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required to assist in the development of the business.

• Leadership skills and experience as a Care Coordinator.
• A 'can do' professional attitude to assist in growing the business.
• Good English language skills, both written and verbal, and excellent telephone manner.
• Vocational qualification Level 3.
• Supervisory or management qualification is desirable but not essential.
• The ability to adapt and address situations quickly.
