Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join CRG | TEC Recruitment as a RAN Technical Strategy Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting out the radio capability roadmap to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the key requirements for the Radio RFI/RFPs
  • Evaluate the responses of vendors in detail
  • Identify the gaps and strengths
  • Challenge and propose amendments to Radio's current plans and thinking
  • Work closely with vendors, review technical specifications and documents
  • Provide expert support for internal high-level stakeholders

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert level of experience on RAN technologies and the vendor ecosystem
  • Senior role with strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical ideas and concepts to audiences of varying technical background
  • Strong understanding of Radio architecture for 4G/5G ORAN and traditional RAN networks

About the Opportunity

This is a hybrid opportunity, with 1-2 days in the office each week. You will work closely with the Head of Mobile Network Architecture to develop the 3- and 5-year RAN strategy plans.
