Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our team at Marks Sattin. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Group Financial Reporting Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel and financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
