About the Role:

RMG Digital is currently seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our innovative startup, which specializes in Fitness Tech. As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will be instrumental in shaping features that enhance our product and daily lives of thousands of users within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to accelerate the development of our flagship Flutter app, which powers our intelligent mirror.
  • Enhance and maintain the internal admin web app features using Flutter.
  • Expand AWS backend functionality to support the growth of our user base.
  • Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to ensure alignment between technical solutions and product goals.
  • Partner with QA to squash bugs and ensure smooth rollouts of new features.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing teams to ensure new features are effectively communicated and delivered.

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience with Flutter/Dart, particularly in a startup or high-growth environment (familiarity with Riverpod, Go Router is a plus).
  • AWS Savvy: Strong understanding of AWS technologies (SAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
  • Project Management: Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools, with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and produce thorough documentation.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to coding and problem-solving, ensuring the highest quality in every release.
  • Agile Team Player: Experience working in Agile Scrum teams, with a self-driven attitude and a collaborative spirit.
