About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing professional and courteous maintenance services to our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and secure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a trade or trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, and decorating, and hold a basic electrical qualification. Previous experience in housebuilding or construction would be advantageous. Excellent people skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be provided with a handheld tablet or mobile phone to assist with your diary, daily tasks, and scheduled works. You will work independently, but as part of a wider team, which includes our Group Customer Service Administrators who will support with work schedules and queries.

Occasional visits to our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire, will be required, and a Company Van will be provided to facilitate travel. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of workmanship and keep disruption to a minimum for our customers.

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is able to demonstrate a courteous and professional manner, able to communicate with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy. You will be able to work independently, but also as part of a team, and be willing to travel within the Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
