Mobile Operations Manager

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring technical operations are maintained to a high standard and contractual obligations are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all technical issues and supervise a team of engineers.
  • Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, and be responsible for managing the contracts H&S and environmental performance on site.
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site, recruitment of new staff, and the technical development of all staff.
  • Manage client relationships on a daily basis, manage all reports, and identify additional business opportunities to deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
  • Responsible for the permit system and ensuring compliance is conducted.
Requirements:
  • Qualified in mechanical, commercial gas, Fgas, and/or electrical qualifications.
  • Strong technical engineering understanding and previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
  • Experience of service delivery in high-profile contracts and ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload, deliver projects on time and on budget.
Package:
  • Salary up to 60K, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and car allowance.
