About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Manchester-based team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and improve building performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on building surveying and energy efficiency best practices.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in building surveying or a related field.
  • APC certification or working towards it.
  • Strong knowledge of building surveying principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
