Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Ventilation Project Manager with expertise in air conditioning to join their team.

The Ventilation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ventilation projects, specifically focusing on air conditioning systems. This includes managing project budgets, coordinating resources, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients, main contractors, and site operatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proficiency in AUTODESK REVIT or AutoCAD is preferred, but not essential.
  • Understanding and interpreting service layouts, architects' designs, structural details, and equipment specifications.
  • Issuing orders to subcontractors and managing project budgets.
  • Preparing and agreeing contract variations.
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to ensure project progress and quality.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in ventilation projects and air conditioning systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning systems, including design principles, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and time management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in East Sussex and travel to project sites as required.
