Job Summary
Cubitts KX Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Support Associate to join our team. As an Operations Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with various teams to identify and solve problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Helpdesk Manager in achieving priorities and goals, ensuring timely and accurate updates for all orders.
- Provide technical support to our stores, updating them with the live status of their orders, and reducing incoming calls by monitoring and updating WIP reports.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including production, glazing lab, retail stores, and customer service, to proactively identify and solve problems.
- Manage multiple systems and platforms, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Prepare and share regular reporting on daily and weekly reports with the team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for Cubitts KX Limited, educating and exciting others about our mission and values.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, ensuring timely and accurate updates for all orders.
- Positive and high-energy attitude, with a passion for problem-solving and getting things done in a timely manner.
- Motivation by exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
