PIP Functional Assessor Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a PIP Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a PIP Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing the functional ability of individuals who are applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assess the functional ability of individuals applying for PIP
* Conduct thorough and accurate assessments to determine the level of functional ability
* Provide clear and concise reports to support the decision-making process
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive assessment
**What We Offer:**
* A competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500* + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus *OTE: £45,650 (Part time varies)
* The opportunity to work in a hybrid role, offering flexibility and career progression
* All training and equipment will be provided
* A supportive and collaborative team environment
**Requirements:**
* 1 year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
