We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Site supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Maintaining accurate site diaries and records, including progress reports and site inspections.
  • Amending and working to RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Quality assurance, ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Managing labor resources, including allocating tasks and overseeing the work of site personnel.
  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
  • Managing and ordering materials, as well as overseeing plant and equipment operations.
Requirements:
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • First aid training.
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing commercial groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
