Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our Technical team at our largest site, employing around 1600 people. This is a great opportunity to join our team and contribute to the production of a wide range of premium quality ready meals for major retail customers.
- Lead a team of QA Managers and QA Technicians, ensuring all food safety, customer, and quality standards are maintained within the high care areas of the site.
- Motivate and develop your team by being visible in the factory, leading by example, and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Coach and develop your team, supporting them to ensure they are equipped to work to the best of their ability.
About You
- Prior experience of working in a Technical or Quality leadership role in a chilled / high care food manufacturing environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and working to drive standards.
