Job Summary:

Morson Talent Careers is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our aviation engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring aircraft readiness for our RSAF customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform component and on-aircraft maintenance, including installation, repair, service, modification, and testing of aircraft systems.
  • Ensure compliance with RSAF Technical Orders and engineering practices.
  • Manage spare parts using the Gold ESP logistics system.
  • Carry out Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and special inspections as directed.
  • Actively support the development of assigned trainees through On-the-Job Training (OJT).
  • Maintain high standards in tool control and FOD prevention.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to the standards and procedures detailed within the MOE.

Requirements:

  • National civilian/military equivalent and completion of a recognised aircraft maintenance apprenticeship OR ONC qualified with military add-on training.
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of RSAF Technical Orders and engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
