Pastoral Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral Lead. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families, promoting good attendance, mental health, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children, parents, and carers to provide information and advice on safeguarding, attendance, and mental health.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of outside agencies, families, and children in school.
- Support the delivery of Nurture and Forest Schools provision.
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practice, attendance, mental health, and Nurture provision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and supportive working environment.
