About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our international market expansion efforts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our market expansion strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market expansion strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, and talent development
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Oversee the planning and execution of market expansion development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications
  • Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and user needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to attract, motivate, and inspire new engineers to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges and make data-driven decisions
  • Pragmatic understanding of building reliable distributed systems and experience with microservices architecture
