Position Overview

  • Location: Epsom, Surrey
  • Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Hours: 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including one Sunday each month
  • Overtime: As required
  • Compensation: £29,930.68 per annum
  • Incentive: £240 monthly bonus for machine upkeep

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of the loading shovel and, if suitably trained, any other mobile machinery in operation.
  • Document and report any machinery faults.
  • Maximize recycling and recovery efforts within the facility while minimizing landfill waste.
  • Ensure safe segregation of pedestrians and vehicles at all times.

Candidate Profile

We seek a motivated team player who will integrate into the existing site team to elevate operational standards.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in operating a loading shovel is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
