ShortList Recruitment Limited is seeking a proficient Technical Business Analyst with a solid background in Software Development environments. This role is integral to a software organization located in Warrington.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of application architecture and design principles. Collaboration with the application architect will be essential to enhance user experience through the development of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend fundamental business objectives to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Manage project scope and oversee change management processes.
  • Develop a Scrum framework for Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Lead, strategize, and implement multiple product development initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of programming concepts.

  • Thorough knowledge of the complete service life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and enhancement.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in SQL.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools, particularly JIRA.

To qualify for the Technical Business Analyst role, candidates must demonstrate the essential skills outlined above. Evidence of successful project delivery and experience in IT transformation and software delivery are crucial.
