Key Responsibilities
  • Manage concurrent multi-disciplined projects to meet customer operational requirements, addressing all areas of project management, including design change and related change control methodologies.
  • Organize and manage project teams on customer sites, ensuring quality, health and safety, and technical compliance.
  • Document all project elements, from initial planning to completion and handover of final "as built" information.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, including sales invoicing, purchase invoicing, and customer/sub-contractor negotiations.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to company financial reporting systems.
  • Provide project management leadership to engineering teams, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with Malone Group's Quality System, ISO 9001, and relevant customer and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food, brewing, or personal care industries.
  • Appreciation of ISO 9001 Quality documentation and comprehensive understanding of technical/engineering project elements.
  • Financial/commercial acumen, including knowledge of company contract procedures and documentation.
  • Project administration skills, including use of PC applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and project management.
  • Project management qualification and ability to provide leadership and motivation to multi-disciplined teams.
  • Current driving license and willingness to travel as required.
