Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Manchester and Sandbach. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering high-volume sales of newly built Private Sales and Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Private Sales and Shared Ownership sales
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels
  • Traveling across the north to sites and external venues as required
Requirements
  • Experience in property sales
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel regularly
