Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Quinteducation. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students. If you have a passion for working with children and are committed to delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Implement Daily Activities: Develop and implement daily activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring a stimulating and engaging environment for our students.
  • Assess and Record Progress: Assess children's progress and development, recording their findings to inform future planning and decision-making.
  • Communicate with Parents and Carers: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and development.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Teamwork and Professional Development: Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and education, attending training and development opportunities to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 2/3 CACHE or NVQ in Childcare or equivalent
  • Experience: Experience of working with children in an early year setting
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Quality: Commitment to providing high-quality care and education, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
