Role Overview:
As an Office Coordinator, you will undertake a comprehensive array of administrative responsibilities while also interacting with clients regarding their accounts and deliveries. You will address various inquiries, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with professionalism, thereby fostering a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with suppliers to confirm that purchase orders reflect accurate pricing, shipping costs, and expected delivery timelines upon receipt of confirmations.
- Assist in managing incoming emails directed to the primary purchasing inbox.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delivery discrepancies.
- Monitor back orders with suppliers and inform operations of any potential impacts on delivery schedules.
- Check in with suppliers regarding the status of upcoming purchase orders to confirm they are on schedule.
- Examine vendor invoices for discrepancies and work swiftly with the Finance team to resolve any issues.
