Job Title: Hygiene Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hygiene Service Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and disinfection services to our clients in the Newbury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out deep cleaning and disinfection services in various settings, including restaurants, kitchens, and other high-risk areas.
  • Use specialized equipment and products to ensure effective cleaning and disinfection.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Full UK driving licence for 2 years or over and have no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
  • Demonstrate clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Be flexible with working hours, as this role includes regular overtime and weekend work which is paid at a premium rate.
  • Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
