Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality medical content strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead a team of junior writers and provide guidance on content development, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive medical communications plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in content development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Principal Medical Writer in a healthcare communications agency setting, with a strong understanding of medical communications activities.
- Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (MSc, PhD).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of writers.
