About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our technical and functional teams, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Architecture and Design: Develop and implement Salesforce architecture and design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to our technical and functional teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
